PPPThangLite is a simple programme to toggle the state of PPP. If PPP is open, it will be hard closed, if it's closed it will be opened. You can toggle the state of PPP by selecting "Toggle PPP" from the Control menu (or □T). There's not much else to it yet.
This version has no sounds included, so the file is considerably smaller.
